You should consult your own advisors before signing any lease or making real estate decisions. Our brokers provide real estate brokerage services where licensed; they do not provide legal advice.
When you use our Services and engage with a broker, you may enter into a broker relationship (e.g., tenant representation). Compensation to the broker is typically paid by the landlord or operator when a lease is signed; our “free for tenants” offering means we do not charge you a fee for the search or renewal assistance. Details of any broker relationship and compensation will be disclosed as required by law and by the broker.
The JIGO name, logo, website design, and content are owned by JIGO AI, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our trademarks or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that our reports, AI research, or recommendations are complete, accurate, or suitable for your situation. Market conditions, availability, and pricing change. We are not liable for decisions you or any landlord or broker make based on our information or Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIGO, JIGO AI, Inc., and our affiliates, brokers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JIGO, JIGO AI, Inc., eXp Commercial, and their affiliates, brokers, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
