  4. 4.Work with JIGO in Slack or the channel the team prefers
  5. 5.Keep JIGO available after signing (or after upload) for renewals, changes, and office decisions

  • -Free through Series B — lease management software and agents (including upload / review of existing leases), office search, options dashboard, Slack coordination, and brokerage support at no cost to the startup for qualifying companies
  • -Series C+ (Scale) — dedicated workplace management / named lead; reach out for pricing via ryan@jigo.work
  • -Brokerage — provided separately by Ryan Lee through eXp Commercial (or another appropriately licensed broker), typically paid by the landlord
  • -No exclusive brokerage agreement required to start (connect, brief, review first options — or upload leases to manage)
